Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs beefiness round steak, trimmed and cut into strips/pieces (roughly ii inches by 2 inches, and 1/2 inch thickness)

  • 1 medium sweet onion, peeled and chopped
